When news broke Tuesday night that the Miami Dolphins were signing former New Orleans Saints left tackle Terron Armstead to a five-year deal worth $75 million with $44 million guaranteed, the fanbase went crazy on social media.
Jumping on the bandwagon, Armstead himself posted a video on Instagram that showed the new Dolphin representing the teal in a Dolphins hat. He even referenced LeBron’s infamous decision to join the Miami Heat saying that he’s taking his talents to South Beach.
After the hours of waiting that fans endured while the team’s new tackle was mulling his decision and putting the pieces together, everybody gets to celebrate because the Dolphins landed the top free agent at their biggest position of need.
