A brand new 'deluxe spa' is coming to Nottingham city centre. The new spa, which is an expansion of another beauty business doors away, is opening in the city after the business had a 'good year.'
Emerald Deluxe Spa and Clinic will be ‘coming soon’ to Market Street in the city centre. The new deluxe spa will offer a range of services such as facials, laser hair removal, Cryolipolysis, high intensity frequency ultrasonic facial (HIFU), and more.
The owners currently own Emerald Nails which is just a few doors down from the new unit. Emerald Nails opened on Market Street just over a year ago and now they are set to open a brand new spa next month.

Sales assistant at Emerald Nails, Tony Nguyen, said: “We’re opening around next month, here (at the nail salon) we get a lot of regulars. We haven’t considered prices yet but it will be a variation (for the spa). The nail shop has been open for more than a year and it was a good year.”
Steph Gibbs, manager of The Bead Shop, said she welcomed the new neighbouring business.
Steph said: “To be honest any business opening in an empty property is great. I think in this time if people have the funds to have an experience, having things here where people can treat themselves it’s quite good.”
41-year-old Lisa Phillips shared excitement for the new spa. The retail assistant, who grew up in Nottingham, said: “It’s nice to see something new for the city centre, you often hear about closures rather than a new business opening.
“I think it’s nice to know the shop is being used rather than being left empty. I hope they do well, I will be keeping a lookout for when they open.”
