New cycle route revamps planned for major routes in Nottinghamshire

Nottinghamshire County Council are considering cycle route improvements on three major roads across Nottinghamshire.

Nottinghamshire County Councillors on February 9 agreed to consult with local people on potential cycle route improvements along the A453, A6005 and A612.

The proposal includes a shared use footway along the former A453 between the city and county boundary at Clifton and the East Midlands Parkway station at Ratcliffe on Soar.
