A new cocktail bar is to open at Gary Neville's Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester city centre this summer.
Joe and Daniel Schofield, alongside wine expert James Brandwood, will take over the lower ground floor previously known as The Vault.
The team behind Sterling have worked in the likes of Little Red Door, The American Bar at the Savoy, Singapore’s Tippling Club and Rockpool Bar & Grill, Sydney. They also currently run Schofield's Bar and Atomeca.
