Todd Boehly is reportedly set to keep Bruce Buck as chairman of Chelsea as part of the club's new management structure proposed by the American businessman.
According to The Times, Buck is expected to stay at the Blues after previously working under Roman Abramovich before the latter was sanctioned by the UK government. The West London club are in a race against time to complete the proposed takeover led by Boehly's consortium before the June 8 deadline.
Abramovich put the club up for sale on March 2, citing the attention on the club following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. A large-scale search for a new owner has been narrowed down to one choice by the Raine Group, the bank which has been handling the multi-billion pound transaction.
