New care facility for children and young people gets green light

Whitburn

A new care facility for children and young people is set to be built.

West Lothian Council will go ahead with the unit on land next to Torcroft House, Whitburn after the site was approved as the preferred location.

The new residential house will provide services for children and young people and will replace Whitrigg House in East Whitburn.
