New card-based Vampire Survivors game is "hopefully the first in a series of spinoffs," but the roguelike's dev is also "working on something" related to a proper sequel

Vampire Survivors maker Poncle has already turned my eyeballs into raisins with its moreish bullet hell roguelike. It's soon threatening to rust up my finger joints with next year's card-based spinoff Vampire Crawlers. And, now, with a menacing smile on its face, the developer is teasing a possible sequel.

When asked if the dungeon-crawling spinoff Vampire Crawlers was actually a sequel in disguise, in a chat with the Xbox blog, Poncle CEO Luca Galante said it's "just a spinoff of Vampire Survivors" but "hopefully the first in a series of spinoffs."
