New cancer consultant signs up with NHS Tayside

NHS Tayside Cancer Tayside Oncology Dundee Live

NHS Tayside’s under-fire oncology department has recruited a new cancer specialist.

Dr Christopher Merrick is set to join the team at Ninewells Hospital in the near future.

It is hoped his appointment will relieve some pressure on the cancer department that has been criticised in recent months.
