New Burger King and Greggs drive-thrus are set to be built next door to each other in Bolton.

Plans have been submitted in the past week to build the new new hot food takeaways on land at the Logistics North industrial park, close to the M61 junctions 4 on Bridgewater Avenue.

The plans, submitted by A&F Forecourts Ltd, state that both the fast food outlets would have drive-thru facilities and would be built close to the Costa Coffee outlet, opened in 2017, which operates close to the roundabout.
