New Birmingham base for Cab Property

Specialist brand and marketing studio Cab Property has opened a new home in Birmingham.

The agency is one of the first tenants to take up space at the new-look 10 Brindleyplace which has just undergone a £40 million refurbishment programme.

The project took the site back to its frame and combined the previous 8 and 10 Brindleyplace buildings into a single address.

Cab Property was responsible for the building's marketing and branding, working closely with owner CBRE Investment Management on the project.

The agency's new base is within Spacemade's coworking and flexible office facility there called 10X. It will use the new Birmingham base to host clients alongside its existing HQ in Alcester.

Established in 2003, Cab Property works with commercial agencies and landlords to deliver office space, retail and industrial schemes nationwide.

Managing director Ben Wood said: "We are now in an exciting new period of growth to consistently deliver fresh new brands into the property world and 10 Brindleyplace is the perfect space to drive that from.

"We can now continue to grow this side of Cab Group with a refreshed identity and new, inspirational business address."

Cab Property is part of Cab Studios which includes PR agency Cab Campaign and digital marketing agency Cab Engine.
