A total of 1,100 jobs could be created and 500 start-ups supported when a new hub is opened in Manchester this summer.
Barclays Eagle Labs, in partnership with Plexal, Lancaster University and The University of Manchester, is launching the Digital Security Hub (DiSH) with the aim to help drive innovation and growth in Greater Manchester and the wider UK’s digital and cyber security sectors.
The DiSH will occupy 11,000 sq ft in Heron House and will include co-working or private office space for businesses and entrepreneurs.
