New bar and restaurant set to add to thriving Prestwich nightlife scene

A new 68-cover bar and restaurant is set to add to the thriving Prestwich night time economy.

Planning permission has been granted for the premises at Clifton Road, which was formerly the Rufus Bar & Kitchen, around 20 metres from the junction with Bury New Road.

The new venture will also include the next door premises at 4 Clifton Road, which currently has planning permission as a takeaway.
A planning statement in support of the plans from applicant Anna Morrison was published by Bury Council.
