New laws have been put in place for shoppers at major supermarkets. These supermarkets include Asda, Tesco, Lidl, M&S, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Iceland.
These laws also apply for shoppers at stores such as Primark, Home Bargains, B&M and TK Maxx.
Shoppers who are caught going against these rules will face tougher punishment. The worst offenders could even see themselves put in jail, reports Manchester Evening News.
