Several new Saudi ambassadors and a member of the Shura council were sworn in before Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz on Tuesday.
The ceremony was held at the al-Salam palace in Jeddah.
The new ambassadors include the Kingdom’s envoys to China, Nepal, Peru, Georgia, Sri Lanka, Chile, Geneva, Vietnam, and Ethiopia.
The new Shura council member was Abdulrahman bin Sleiman al-Siyari.
The officials pledged to be loyal to their religion, king and nation and to preserve their interests and to honestly and loyally carry out their duties.
