New Aadhaar App from July 1, 2026: Will all your old Aadhaar records be erased from mAadhaar app?

The mAadhaar App will be retired from June 30, 2026, and users are being encouraged to switch to the newly launched Aadhaar App developed by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). As many Aadhaar holders prepare to make the switch, a common question is whether their old Aadhaar records and details stored in the mAadhaar App will be deleted.
