NEW DELHI: Terming it as an 'unreal' feeling, batter Amanjot Kaur has never thought of winning the player-of-the-match award on her debut as the young Punjab all-rounder's 41-run knock guided India to a 27-run win over South Africa in the Women's T20 Tri-series opener in East London, South Africa on Friday.
Young Amanjot dedicated her match-winning performance to her father Bhupinder Singh, who works as a carpenter-cum-contractor, and to her coach Nagesh Gupta, who honed her batting skills.
