Netflix is searching for a look-alike actor to portray a young Prince Harry in the new series of The Crown.
The British Youth Music Theatre (BYMP) took to Facebook to post the casting call, with specific details of what the streaming giant is looking for.
Robert Sterne, casting director of the award-winning series, is searching for someone with “a strong physical resemblance” to play the “significant role”.
The post explains that no previous professional acting experience is required and they provide a great deal of support for the young actors and their families.
The deadline for submissions is 6pm on Friday, October 14.

How to apply to Netflix for the new Prince Harry acting role
Robert Sterne is looking for a young actor aged between 16 and 20 who poses a strong resemblance to Prince Harry.
Applicants should send across an email titled THE CROWN CASTING CALL – HARRY to casting@robertsterne.co.uk .
They should include their name, age, date of birth and a current selfie, as well as where they heard about the casting call and where they are based.

Anyone under-18 should ask a parent or guardian for permission to apply and include their contact details in the submission.
You will also need to attach a short video (no more than 30 seconds) talking about something you love doing.
This should follow you saying your full name, age and height, with a close-up of your head and shoulders in good natural lighting.
Applications directly from your mobile phone is fine (i-movie or android equivalent).
The deadline for submissions is Friday, October 14, as shooting for the new series will begin in the UK in November 2022.
