Several actors from the first season have been promoted to series regulars for the upcoming season, including Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez, and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo. The show's executive producer is Tim Burton, with Al Gough and Miles Millar serving as creators and showrunners. Gough and Millar expressed excitement about the upcoming season, noting the inclusion of the entire Addams family at Nevermore Academy and a stellar cast of both established icons and fresh faces.
In a separate project, Jenna Ortega is collaborating with Tim Burton on the sequel to the beloved 1988 fantasy comedy Beetlejuice, titled Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, set for a theatrical release on September 6.
