Netflix has releases its trailer for Bridgerton's prequel Queen Charlotte.

The new series will arrive on the platform on 4 May, and will show Queen Charlotte's rise to power before the events of Bridgerton. It will also illustrate the Queen and King's love story, which fans have previously only caught glimpses of.

In a trailer for the series, fans have been given a closer look at India Amarteifio as a young Charlotte and the origins of her romance with a young King George – played by Corey Mylchreest. The trailer shows the pair meeting for the first time.
