Squid Games is going to become the biggest reality competition series ever and Netflix is looking for contestants to battle it out for a huge $4.56m (£3.8m) prize.
The TV series became a global phenomenon and it will now be brought to life with the largest cast and lump sum cash prize in reality TV history.
Squid Game: The Challenge will see 456 players compete though a series of games and challenges which have been inspired by the original show.
Netflix has promised some surprising new additions to what was seen in the drama series but there will be some relief that those who lose will not be leaving in a black coffin with a red ribbon tied around it.
Producers have said that the contestants will be seen deciding their strategies, alliances, and character, which will be put to the test while competitors are eliminated around them.
While the stakes will be high and there will be a similar stress and pressure that was exerted on the players in the TV series, the worst fate will be going home empty-handed.
So, if you think that you have what it takes to win Squid Game, the recruitment for the show is open now at SquidGameCasting.com.
For this round, the Front Man is in search of English-language speakers from any part of the world.
Brandon Riegg, Netflix VP of Unscripted and Documentary Series said: "Squid Game took the world by storm with Director Hwang’s captivating story and iconic imagery.
"We’re grateful for his support as we turn the fictional world into reality in this massive competition and social experiment.
"Fans of the drama series are in for a fascinating and unpredictable journey as our 456 real world contestants navigate the biggest competition series ever, full of tension and twists, with the biggest ever cash prize at the end."
Squid Game: The Challenge will be a 10-episode competition series and will be filmed in the UK.
It is a co-production between Studio Lambert (The Circle) and The Garden (24 Hours in A&E), which is part of ITV Studios.
Stephen Lambert, Tim Harcourt, and Toni Ireland from Studio Lambert and John Hay, Nicola Hill, and Nicola Brown from The Garden will serve as executive producers.
In the first 28 days after the premiere in September 2021, Squid Game had 1.65 billion view hours, making it Netflix's most popular series of all time.
Squid Game has been renewed for season two and Director Hwang confirmed they will once again team up for a whole new round.
