Sandeep Lamichhane Cricket Nepal New Delhi sexual assault

NEW DELHI: Nepali cricket star Sandeep Lamichhane on Wednesday had his rape conviction quashed after the former national captain challenged an eight-year jail sentence for sexual assault handed down in January.

Lamichhane was convicted by a lower court of raping an 18-year-old woman.
