Neil Lennon is on the brink of his first trophy since leaving Celtic after his Omonia Nicosia team advanced to the Cypriot Cup Final.
And the Irishman could be returning to the Europa League as a result with the eventual champions going into qualifying.
The former Parkhead and Hibs boss has been in charge in Cyprus since March as he looks to rebuild the 2020/21 league champions.
He's had a strong start tasting defeat just once so far and they booked their place in the cup semi-finals with a two-leg victory over AEL Limassol.
They won 2-0 at Anorthosis in the first leg of the semis to put one foot in the final last week.
And tonight Lennon 's team saw out the second leg with a hard-fought 1-1 draw on home turf.
They went ahead early on and appeared to be cruising on aggregate when Adam Lang opened the scoring.
Hector Yuste's sending off moments later though made it difficult and Anorthosis pulled one back on 23 minutes to keep it interesting.
But Lennon's team saw it out and they will head to the national stadium on 25 May.
And should they beat PAEEK they would qualify for the Europa League third qualifying round.
