Alan Rough has claimed Neil Lennon is interested in the Northern Ireland job and is a perfect replacement for Ian Baraclough.
Lennon is out of work after being sacked by Omonia Nicosia and could be tempted to take over the country he was capped 40 times with before retiring from international duty in 2002.
There were incidents involving Lennon when he was playing for the national team and fellow pundit Tam McManus suggested that may mean he does not go for it.

But former Celtic keeper Rough told PlZ soccer: “They have a ready made replacement waiting in Neil Lennon. It remains to be seen whether he fancies it.
“I’ve heard he is interested in it, yeah. he’s interested but it doesn’t mean he’s going to get it.”
But McManus added: “I don’t know if he’d fancy the job, I know there was a bit of hassle when he played.
"There’s a ready made replacement in Michael O’Neill if he goes back.”
