A parent has shared a note she claims to have received from a neighbour complaining of her "small child" playing in the garden and threatening to call the police.
TikTok user Dawny Dawn was left shocked with the person saying she should limit her kid's time outside to 15 to 20 minutes a day, reported HullLive.
She shared on the social media platform a 15-second video showing the alleged full note from the neighbour of one year.
