NEW DELHI: Colin Jackson, former world record holder in the 110m hurdles, believes that defending an Olympic title is a remarkable achievement, and he advises India's champion javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra to "stay calm" to have a shot at accomplishing this feat in Paris next year.
Neeraj has been a prominent figure in Indian athletics, especially after clinching the historic gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics. Following this success, he has continued to excel, securing victories in World Championships and Diamond League competitions while consistently challenging the 90-meter barrier.
