Over a quarter of new parents get anxiety around taking their little one away on a trip for the first time – due to the logistics of travelling and having to pack for their tot.
A poll of 1,000 mums and dads, of children aged six months to five years old, revealed 26% find any outing which involves their child being out of a normal routine, makes them nervous.
Getting them to nap at their usual time (44%), adjusting to any change in temperature (35%), and getting them to sleep in their own cot or bed (36%) – instead of jumping in with mum or dad – are among the challenges parents face.
