Nearly 300 new homes for Nottinghamshire town where neighbours say 'not enough infrastructure'

Residents who live in Cotgrave worry the area doesn’t have enough infrastructure to accommodate the nearly 300 new homes that are set to be built.

A total of 210 new houses are set to be built on land behind Mill Hill Lane and The Old Park by developers Barratt Homes. Up to 21 of the new houses are proposed to be affordable.

Developers have also applied to Rushcliffe Borough Council for Approval of Reserved Matters for 74 new homes on land south and east of Hollygate Lane. Seven of these are proposed affordable housing.
