The site of three hotels in Blackpool, which is the subject of a major planning application, has been put up for sale for £1.9m.
The land in New South Promenade is occupied by the Waldorf, Kimberley and Henderson hotels. Of the three, only the Waldorf Hotel is still operating.
The site is being marketed by Kendricks Commercial Estate Agents in Blackpool, according to the Rightmove listing.

The move comes after plans were revealed in January for the land to be redeveloped into 63 apartments.
NSP Property, a company controlled by former Burnley FC vice-chairman Ray Ingleby, is behind the proposals which would reach seven storeys at its tallest point.
If approved, the project would be constructed next to the Hampton by Hilton.
The plans were the latest in a string of proposals for the site which started in 2008 with a bid for an 11-storey scheme containing 166 flats. They were latest rejected by Blackpool Council.
In 2012 plans for 139 apartments were also submitted but withdrawn later.
Outline permission was granted in 2017 for 88 flats but no work took place and the approval has since lapsed.
