NBA World Reacts to James Harden’s Blistering Criticism of Daryl Morey

James Harden started Monday’s news cycle with some major drama when a clip of him at an Adidas event in Beijing went viral where he absolutely blasted 76ers president Daryl Morey. Naturally, the NBA world reacted and how could it not?

“Daryl Morey is a liar, and I will never be part of an organization that he’s a part of,” Harden said. “Let me say that again. Daryl Morey is a liar, and I will never be a part of an organization that he’s a part of in the NBA.”

Harden’s scolding comments came as a response when asked about a recent ESPN report that the team has stopped looking to trade him after failing to find an acceptable deal. Per ESPN, Harden is upset with Morey for not offering him a maximum-level contract.
