The Oklahoma City Thunder avoided two consecutive frustrating losses thanks to Jalen Williams’ game-winner against the Detroit Pistons.
Trailing by one point, Williams collected the offensive rebound and put the ball inside of the hoop before time expired for the 107-106 win.
The game-winner by the rookie wing was the moment of the night for NBA Twitter, as it helped the Thunder’s playoff odds. Overall, Williams finished with 27 points on 11-of-19 shooting and led the Thunder in scoring in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s absence due to an ankle sprain.
Let’s look at some of the best tweets that reacted to Williams’ game-winner against the Pistons.
