When Trae Young saw who Julius Erving had in his all-time top 10 list, he disagreed so much so that he thought it was fake. Young took to Twitter and commented on a tweet that listed out who Erving named and he couldn’t believe it.
“This gotta be fake.. #WithAllDueRespect,” Young wrote on Twitter.
The 76ers legend listed Jerry West, Oscar Robertson, Elgin Baylor Wilt Chamberlain, Bill Russell, Michael Jordan, Kareem-Abdul Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Karl Malone and Tiny Archibald in no particular order. When Stephen Curry was mentioned during the same interview, Erving said he’s not on the list because he hasn’t finished his career and it appears that’s a prerequisite for players to be in his top 10.

“Oh no,” Erving said when asked about Curry. “He hadn’t even played long enough. He gotta finish his career. Everybody I named on there, their career is finished.
Erving also notably left off some other all-time greats like Shaquille O’Neal, Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan and LeBron James.
