The Oklahoma City Thunder didn’t advance past group play of the in-season tournament, which means two games were added to their 2023-24 regular-season schedule.
The Thunder went 1-3 during the group stage, with their final in-season tournament game resulting in a 106-103 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday.
The winner of the West’s Group C was the Sacramento Kings, who went 4-0 in group play. The Kings moved on to the eight-team single-elimination round and will face the New Orleans Pelicans.
The winners of the knockout round will advance to the semifinals, which will be held in Las Vegas and conclude with an in-season tournament champion from Dec. 7 to Dec. 9.
