National law firm Excello Law has opened a new office in Staffordshire – taking its portfolio of sites to 10.
The company's latest branch in Windsor Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, adds to its other sites in London, Birmingham, Leicester, Manchester, Liverpool, Chester and Leeds, and forms part of the Excello's plans for expansion.
The office opening follows a recruitment drive which bolstered Excello's Staffordshire team to seven including new joiner Dermot Callinan and two support staff, including insolvency specialist Diane Dunion who has recently joined to support commercial litigation partner Richard Preston.
The range of expertise now available across the team working out of Newcastle includes advising on employment, corporate and commercial, litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency and real estate legal services.
Employment partner Karen Coleman has been working with Excello Law as a consultant lawyer for the past five years.
She said: "The wider Stoke-on-Trent area is a strong commercial hub and it is great for us to have office facilities at the heart of our client base.
"Our team is all locally based and this solidifies our presence in the area, giving us a visible platform to recruit more consultant lawyers in the region."
Joanne Losty, director at Excello Law, added: "We have the largest office network of any of the consultancy firms – and it was a natural extension of our growth ambitions in the central region to open new facilities in Staffordshire to support our team.
"We're delighted to have a permanent base in the region and look forward to recruiting more lawyers to the firm."
