Natasha Lyonne Joins The Fantastic Four In Undisclosed Role

Exciting news for Marvel fans as actress Natasha Lyonne has been confirmed to join the cast of the highly anticipated Marvel Studios movie, The Fantastic Four. The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Lyonne's role in the film is currently undisclosed.

Directed by Matt Shakman, The Fantastic Four is scheduled to start filming in mid-summer in England, with a planned release date of July 25, 2025. The star-studded cast includes Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing.

Julia Garner is set to portray a female Silver Surfer, while Paul Walter Hauser and John Malkovich have unannounced roles. Additionally, Ralph Ineson will play the primary antagonist, Galactus.

The film is based on the beloved Marvel Comics series and will be set in the 1960s, exploring the origins of the superhero team. Director Matt Shakman, known for his work on WandaVision, is at the helm, with a screenplay by Eric Pearson, Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer, along with Peter Cameron from WandaVision.

Aside from her role in The Fantastic Four, Natasha Lyonne has been making waves with her recent projects, including starring in the streaming series Poker Face and Russian Doll. She is also set to appear in Taika Waititi's upcoming Sony feature, Klara and the Sun, alongside Jenna Ortega and Amy Adams.

Represented by CAA and Schreck Rose, Natasha Lyonne's addition to The Fantastic Four cast has generated much excitement among fans eagerly awaiting the film's release.
