July nat-gas prices Wednesday gave up early gains and finished moderately lower after updated weather forecasts called for cooler U.S. temperatures, which will curb nat-gas demand from electricity providers to power air-conditioning. The Commodity Weather Group said above-normal temperatures are expected for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions this week but then turn cooler and more seasonal the following week.
