December Nasdaq 100 E-Mini futures (NQZ26) are up +0.29% this morning, buoyed by a mild rebound in chip stocks, while investors awaited the U.S. job openings report and a series of AI events.
Chip and AI infrastructure stocks edged higher in pre-market trading, rebounding from yesterday’s selloff. Anthropic’s IPO prospectus, seen by Reuters, revealed that the AI lab plans to spend $518 billion on cloud, computing, and infrastructure obligations in the coming years, reigniting some enthusiasm for the AI trade. Arm Holdings (ARM), Micron Technology (MU), and Sandisk (SNDK) were all up more than +1%.
