Dramatic end to Michael Jordan’s Nascar lawsuit as settlement is reached on ninth day of trial

Michael Jordan’s lawsuit against NASCAR came to a dramatic end Thursday as a settlement was reached in the middle of trial.

The federal antitrust case accusing NASCAR of being a monopolistic bully was settled after the stock car racing series agreed to make the charters at the heart of its business model permanent for its teams.
