Perseverance has proven to be rewarding as the crew of the International Space Station joyfully welcomed two astronauts and a new spacecraft to its celestial abode last week. The historic arrival marked the first crewed spaceflight for the Boeing Starliner, which successfully docked at the ISS on Thursday. This accomplishment places the Starliner in an esteemed list of U.S. spacecraft that have carried NASA astronauts into space, alongside iconic names like Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, the Space Shuttle, and the SpaceX Dragon.
