Finding a nanny in London is as difficult as navigating the dating scene, with ghosting and desperate texting now commonplace, a childcare expert has warned.
A combination of Brexit and parents returning to the office after lockdown means nannies are now in short supply, and families are going to extreme lengths to attract them, according to Sarah Hesz, founder of childcare app Bubble.
