If your name is missing from the draft electoral roll published after the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), you do not necessarily have to wait for the final voter list. The Election Commission has opened a claims and objections window during which eligible voters can seek inclusion in the draft roll.
The claims and objections period runs until September 30. This gives voters whose names have been left out an opportunity to approach election authorities, submit the prescribed form and provide documents to establish their eligibility.
