The charity has a partnership with the Marie Keating Foundation which was set up by family, including son Ronan, after she lost her battle to breast cancer on February 2, 1998, aged 51.

The foundation's website says: "After losing their mother, the Keating family promised that they would do everything they could to bring an end to cancer."

Saturday's event was hosted by Ronan and wife Storm, bringing together 350 VIP guests, including Nadine, for "an unforgettable night".

The annual Emeralds and Ivy Ball ball in 2021 raised £882,000 and supported funding for Cancer Awareness Roadshow and hubs.
