Prem Rakshith, the man behind the very famous hook-up step of the Golden Globe Award-winning song 'Naatu Naatu' from SS Rajamouli's 'RRR', is currently on cloud nine as the song has been nominated for the Academy Award 2023 under the Best Original Song category. The talented choreographer, who is working as a concept director for Allu Arjun's next magnum opus 'Pushpa-The Rule' in Vizag, exclusively spoke to ETimes and shared his happiness. "I am very happy right now and I want to thank SS Rajamouli sir, MM Keeravaani sir, and the entire team of 'RRR' for giving me this opportunity. They are like family to me and also my father, wife, and son, who have been with me as my support system throughout this journey," shared an overjoyed Rakshith.
'Naatu Naatu' has already bagged a Golden Globe, but the Oscar nomination has not left Prem Rakshith feeling any pressure. He is instead happy as his work gets new recognition. "I am happy and not pressurised as I love to have challenges and I am happy that I will get more work now," he shares.
