N-Dubz Tulisa shares moment she was skelped with flying phone at Glasgow gig

N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos was smacked in the face with a phone live on stage at Glasgow's OVO Hydro.

The 34-year-old was performing with bandmates Dappy and Fazer for their reunion tour on Tuesday night when she was walloped by the mobile.

Former X Factor judge Tulisa took to Instagram to share footage of the incident, which showed her sitting on stage in a red leather outfit before being walloped so hard that her sunglasses came flying off her face.

The star took the knock in her stride and laughed it off, and afterwards she shared footage on her Instagram page, writing: "WALLOP! So this happened. I am screaming me & @steffliverpool getting good joke today @iamfazer Come & look at this @n_dubz x."

After the incident, Tulisa held the mic up and said: "Sometimes in life you get hit in the face and you crack the f*** on. Don't we Glasgow?" The crowd roared and cheered, and Tulisa's co-singer Dappy then collected the phone from the stage and attempted to find its owner in the crowd.

The group recently reunited to go out on tour, 11 years after announcing what was planned to be a two-year break.

Tulisa, her cousin Dappy, real name Costadinos Contostavlos, and Fazer, real name Richard Rawson, had a hugely successful career between 2006 and 2011.

Their hits include Number 1, I Need You and Ouch.

Concerned fans flocked to the comments to praise Tulisa's brave reaction and send her well-wishes.

One wrote: "I can’t deal @tulisacontostavlos it’s funny but could of been worse." While one said: "This isn’t just disrespectful, it’s assault. Can’t believe nasty people throw things at artists on stage."

One added: "Only in Glasgow!" While another added: "You own it tulisa others would have caused a scene. @tulisacontostavlos. 100% female boss."

Love Island's Laura Anderson wrote: "Omg babe not cool bless you." And celeb pal Charlotte Dawson said: "Omg hahahaha I’m crying but what a f****n belllll whoever did it."
