Mystic Baba Vanga's Ukraine war prediction reduces Russian soldier's wife to tears

A Russian soldier's wife broke down in tears during a wiretapped phone call to her husband after hearing of mystic Baba Vanga's predictions for the Ukraine war.

The woman seemed wrought with emotion during the call which was uploaded to YouTube by the Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence.

During the conversation, the wife and husband, who is fighting on the frontline in Ukraine, expressed deep sorrow over not being able to see each other for some time.

The husband explains that he cannot return home because of how others were treated when they refused orders.

His wife then shared her fears based on Baba Vanga's prophecy that the war will go on for another two years.

The Bulgarian mystic made a series of predictions about the world before her death in 1996 – with claims that many have come true.

During the call, the husband says "the main thing is that the salary was thrown to me."

But his wife replies "f*** this salary, I don't care. I need you to be home."

The husband explains that he wants to go home but "there is no way."

He adds: "Yesterday, the guys who are refuseniks [a person who refuses to follow orders] were all brought back. One went to Tayole - f*** knows where he is now."

The wife then refers to Baba Vanga, dubbed the Nostradamus of the Balkans.

Among many major events, the mystic has been credited with accurately predicting 9/11, Brexit and Covid-19.

"According to Vanga's predictions, this will all last until 2024," the wife said on the call.

"And yesterday I was thinking I won't see you for two years, or what?" she added.

Tearing up on the phone, she adds "I can't, I can't" as she struggles to get her words out.

Her husband says "don't whine, don't whine" but she repeatedly replies "I can't."

She also predicted that Russia would become "lord of the world" after Europe is reduced to a "wasteland".

She reportedly told writer Valentin Sidorov: "All will thaw, as if ice, only one remain untouched — Vladimir’s glory, glory of Russia.

"All will be removed by her from the way and not only will be kept, but also becomes the lord of the world."

The married couple's call comes amid mounting fears that Russian President Vladimir Putin could be plotting to test a nuclear weapon.

A convoy was recently spotted transporting top-secret equipment around the country, thought to be en route to the front line in Ukraine.

Footage of the convoy was shared on the pro-Putin Rybar Telegram channel.

A freight train reportedly owned by the Ministry of Defence's 12th Main Directorate - Moscow's nefarious and secretive nuclear division - was seen travelling through central Russia this weekend.

Independent defence analyst Konrad Muzyka, who specialises in Ukraine, said the directorate is responsible for "nuclear munitions" and their "storage, maintenance, transport and issuance to units".
