Mystery as man's body found in town centre and police close street

Police West Midlands Police Birmingham

A man's body has been discovered in Birmingham City Centre in the early hours of Saturday, with police closing a street as they launched an investigation.

An area of Lower Temple Street in the city has been sealed off while West Midlands Police carry out enquiries.

The force said they are treating the death as "unexplained" at the moment.
