Former Hear’Say star Myleene Klass left The One Show host Alex Jones ‘panicked’ after she revealed her parenting advice on the BBC teatime show.
The 44-year-old mum-of-three shared her tip with Alex and co-host Jermaine Jenas that as a child her father held 4am fire drills.
And, after swearing that she never would carry out the same routine, the star now holds her own fire safety rehearsals with her daughters Ava, 14 and Hero, 11, and son Apollo, two.
