The Mykhaylo Mudryk to Arsenal transfer saga seems to add new entries each day whether it be a Shakhtar director providing the latest update on his price tag or Mudryk himself commenting on his future. The latest episode comes from the latter after Mudryk dropped a huge hint over a potential transfer to Arsenal in January.
A fee close to £90million was the reported price tag of Mudryk by The Athletic just a few weeks ago but an update from The Mirror revealed that Shakhtar significantly lowered their asking price. Despite the constant changing of his situation, football.london understands that a long-term interest in Mudryk remains, and the Ukrainian remains the centre of discussion for an attacking signing this winter.
Mudryk has dropped plenty of hints regarding his immediate future including an admission about how he likes how Arsenal are playing at the moment and that he tries to keep up to date with their results.

The Gunners have been linked with a number of attacking alternatives to Mudryk, including RB Salzburg's Noah Okafor, Borussia Monchengladbach's Marcus Thuram and most recently interest was declared in Athletic Bilbao's Nico Williams, with all three stars looking to impress at the World Cup.
However, Mikel Arteta and Edu seem set on the 21-year-old and may look to act on their long-term interest in January or perhaps in the summer transfer window. Mudryk has scored ten goals in 24 appearances for Shakhtar this season and the thought of joining an attack that includes Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli was clearly an exciting one for the Ukrainian forward.
In an Instagram post by AFTVmedia, a tweet was displayed in front of a backdrop showing Saka, Martinelli, Smith Rowe and Mudryk that read: "Saka, Martinelli, Mudryk & Smith Rowe as winger options. All 22 or younger. Yes please."
Mudryk's official Instagram account was not tagged in the photo but the man himself was clearly a big fan of the proposed scenario as he liked the post. No clear tag on the post may also indicate that Mudryk has been searching his name with Arsenal, which will likely only please Gunners fans as the thought chances of Mudryk joining the club in January may have increased.
