A homeowner has admitted to getting 'petty revenge' on their neighbours after they refused to let them take out their wheelie bins.
The trash company requires that people have their rubbish ready to be picked up by 7am, but the resident missed the deadline.
Despite them still not having picked up the trash two hours later, the homeowner claims that their neighbours were 'yelling' at them when they took their bin outside at 9am.
