My Name Is Earl star Ethan Suplee looks completely unrecognisable after losing over 21 stone.
The 46 year old actor was a major star in the noughties as he took on the role of Randy Hickey in the noughties comedy alongside the likes of Jason Lee and Jaime Pressly.
And while Ethan is still a working actor today, having recently appeared in shows such as Drew Barrymore 's Santa Clarita Diet and the star-studded flick Babylon, he has ensured that his health and fitness have been at the centre of his focus.
Ethan has also used his social media platform to help keep him on the right track and inspire his followers as he shares a plethora of videos and snaps of his impressive transformation.
Reflecting on his past, Ethan shared a snap of himself from his 2001 film Blow, when he was at his heaviest and a current one of his muscle-honed physique.
He wrote in the caption: "Once upon a time, the whole world was an impossibility. Conquering all of it is still impossible, so I'm just concentrating on today. If today becomes too much, I will focus on right now. Right now, I'm ok, I will beat right now."
The father-of-four was inundated with well-wishes, with Boy Meets World actress Danielle Fishel commenting: "THIS! Great message and thank you for reminding all of us."
A fan also added: "Amazing transformation Boss man", while another gushed: "No matter your struggles, your strength and laughter has always protected to me over the screen."
"Loved you then and now. Your transformation has been inspiring," it was also added by another fan.
Ethan began his weight loss journey after filming on My Name Is Earl wrapped in 2009, and by the time 2010 rolled around, he had already shed more than 200lbs.
Speaking about the steps he took to kickstart his health journey, Ethan told Entertainment Weekly in 2017: "After My Name Is Earl, I started obsessively riding bicycles. I actually did get properly thin at one point — I was nine per cent body fat. But I was also riding a bicycle six to eight hours a day, six days.
"After two years of that, my wife said, "Hey, idiot, you can't retire and ride bicycles. You have to go get a job.'"
However, Ethan revealed that after losing so much weight, casting directors didn't recognise him, so he decided to take his transformation one step further and bulk up. He is now a regular at the gym lifting weights and sports a bushier, bearded look while doing so.
He also hosts the podcast American Glutton, in which he "talks to experts and YOU about his two decades of weight gain and loss, sharing the best diet there is... the one you'll stick to."
