Home is…
I grew up in Walthamstow and have kind of lived everywhere in London… north, east, south, but never west. Right now I’m north in Finsbury Park, but I’m actually thinking of moving back to Walthamstow in a very predictable roundabout. A mix of nostalgia and inevitability [is drawing me back], I guess. It’s a very different place now from when I called it home, but I guess I’m a very different person from when I was there, when I was nicking sweets from the local off-licence.
